Hello @Scottyboy
Thank you for letting us know about this.
I made the necessary verifications in our tools and your connection appears to be optimal. As you mentioned that the Wi Fi speed is good, I tend to believe that the issue might be related to the Ethernet cable used.
For example, an older cable can be damaged and can impact your connection by a lot. Also, as it was mentioned by other members, there are other things that can impact your speed, such as outdated drivers or improper settings.
If you cannot identify what is causing issues I recommend contacting us directly from the support page to receive further assistance. You can do that here: https://fizz.ca/en/support
Have a good one!

Your Ethernet is likely slower than Wi-Fi because of an outdated or damaged cable, a slow network adapter, outdated drivers, or improper settings. While a wired connection should typically be faster, these issues can bottleneck your speed, so it's important to check your hardware and software to ensure everything is working at its maximum potential.

Research the max speed of the Ethernet cable, also if the device are plugged in a switch before the router make sure the switch supports the speed
Exemple your Internet is 400MB but the switch is 100MB max then all the wired device in the switch will be at 100MB max

They all share the same bandwidth. If one uses too much, others become slow.

If the wifi use all the internet speed then there no speed left for ethernet.
That’s now exactly how it works lol
