trying to gift data

Why do I get pushed out of that page with a warning stating "You must have an active mobile plan with Fizz to access this item." When I have an active mobile plan? Please help

    It's a bug, I have the same problem too !

    Maybe it's because they are giving free data out to everyone right now for that black Friday thing?

    I can gift data, except for the last 500MB of my remaining balance (out of 5GB). This was reported on the French forum, but there are no new news from a @Whizz

    You only can gift unused data at the end of your payment cycle. Once this cycle is over, it will no longer be available to send as a gift.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    Please try clearing your browsers cookie and cache , or even test the gifting operation from another browser. ( be sure that the person that will receive gifts also has data included in the plan as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-is-data-gifting-and-how-does-it-work )
