My fizz plan refreshes on the 10th of every month, but for some reason Fizz took a payment from me on the 6th. I have since unsubscribed, will I get this payment back?

    Hello @Mike89,

"Good to know: Based on the date you unsubscribe, you will receive a prorated refund for the monthly fee you paid based on the days left, if any, in your payment cycle. Once your modem is returned, please allow (approximately) 4-6 weeks to receive your refund."

    Hello Mike89 ,

From what I see, you are in the last 2 days of the payment cycle and you also unsubscribed.

Since the payment was triggered, you should get your funds back as the new cycle did not start.

More details can be found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe

    Thank you for your understanding.
    Have a good one,
