    Hello @bm133390

Thank you for letting us know about this situation.

As other members have mentioned above, it that the unknown device mentioned is one of your devices and it cannot be properly identified on your network.

When you reset your modem to factory settings, all of the devices connected to the Wi Fi network will lose access. However, devices connected to the modem with a cable will still show up right after a reset. This should be the best option to identify which device is not showing up properly.

To reset your modem to factory settings press the modem’s reset button for 10-20 seconds using a small, sharp object. Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.

If you are still encountering issues identifying the device, please contact us from the support page for further assistance.

    Have a good one!

Hi connect to the modem: Log in at: 192.168.0.1 from the web browser of any device.
    2 Log:
    Username: cusadmin
    Password: xxxxxxxx (Wi-Fi Password)

and look the wifi connexion connected.

Possible local netowork too. FireStick, TV or other..

    This is probably not hack..

Change default Wifi key for more secure.

Missing lots of information here but I’m not expecting a hack

The modem can’t be hacked kinda as it’s not accessible from outside if it was hacked that means it,got,in from your local network or you don’t have a good wifi password and someone found it

Does not seem an hack, where do you see Unknown device? Maybe the app just don’t have the info to identify the device, can be normal.

An unknown device could be a device that belongs to you but is incorrectly identified by the modem on your Wi-Fi network.
