A Better way of doing Security Verification to Change E-Sim?
Good day!
I converted my physical sim to an e-sim last week, then after a week, i have to sell my phone, and will need to transfer the e-sim to my new one. Unfortunately I deleted my e-sim already before realizing that Fizz has this "Verify with a customer service agent first" before requesting a new QR Code.
So now I'm stuck to wait till the business hour open before I can get to transfer my e-sim. Can there be an automated security verification process that we can do without depending on a customer service agent?

Sadly no because you dont have the old sim so need to do some verifications

See point 6 of the following FAQ
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/install-and-activate-esimYes this is what I tried doing, but only after deleting my current e-sim, which I didn't realize I shouldn't have deleted before doing the transfer.

Also the security verification is important to protect us, you don’t want a hacker to swap your number.
