I remember this was already reported a few months ago. If I remember correctly, it was reported to be a bug at the time and the price for plan didn't actually change. However, if I was you, I would not rely on that, I would play it save and have https://fizz.ca/en/support confirm your plan price won't change, and record the conversation.
