My Benefizz Not Working

Hello,
The benefit "Dinosaur" for staying with Fizz won't go past 6 months when my wife and I have had our accounts since June of 2024. Why hasn't the 6 month and 1 year benefits completed?

    I have that problem too, maybe the free month (referral balance) don’t count? Im stuck at 6month and my plan is 1.5 yearold
