Only for new customers for now, your modem support 900MB, but once they have more in sock maybe

Unless your modem fails and needs replacement, I guess.

For now it's just for the new customers. But don't worry, your modem will be replaced as soon as the stocks allow it.

Talk to support and request a new one.

    Hello @AlexB76 ,

I understand you're interested in the WiFi 6 modem for better coverage. However, the CODA 5610Q (WiFi 6 modem) is only available with new subscriptions to plans of 500 Mbps and above. Unfortunately, existing customers can't simply switch to this modem, even when upgrading their plan speed.
Since we're working with limited inventory, we're rolling out the new Wi-Fi modem gradually. Inventory availability dictates the pace, and at this point we have no details as to when this new modem model might be available to our existing members. Rest assured, however, that the modem you currently have is not obsolete. It's fully functional and capable of meeting your needs, and you'll benefit from the same support and updates.
We'll get to that in the near future, but as stocks are limited, this new equipment is being rolled out gradually, and members who already have a Fizz Wi-Fi modem aren't part of the first waves.

Thank you for your kind understanding.
    Have a nice day!
