I am travelling in luxembourg and sms don’t seems to work?

Thank you for letting us know about this situation.
I want to inform you that incoming text messages are always free, so you should be able to receive them when travelling.
I recommend restarting your phone in order to check if the issue persists. If you still encounter issues, please make sure that you have the latest iOS/Android version installed.
Also, please make sure that your phone has not reached the maximum capacity for the number of text messages it can receive or store. The process for deleting text conversations can vary from one phone to another. Here are two examples:Android: Messages → Touch the message for a few seconds → Delete
iPhone: Messages → Modify → Select a message → Delete

Incoming SMS are free and should work if you have a good coverage. Please reach out to customer service to check it out.
