If there's one feature you'd like Fizz to introduce, what would it be and why?

5G and Wifi-calling can go hand in hand, both are important. Coming from Public Mobile, I didnt see much difference, but sometimes 5G can be a marketing gimmick, as its not the 'real 5G'
Wifi calling, on the other hand, can help you get covered in dead spots or spotty coverage area, its a lifesaver, in terms of getting you connected + call quality!

Wi-Fi calling is basically when your phone uses a Wi-Fi network (like your home internet or a café hotspot) instead of a cell tower to make and receive calls or texts.

Not me. I have friends who use it regularly during the summer at their cottage and it works very well without any additional cost.

I didn’t realised we were missing 911 location service.

Other features I’m looking for (in preference order) are:

• WiFi calling
• RCS for iPhone
• Consolidated Fizz wallet (1 wallet for both of my mobile plans)
• IPv6 (native)
• Apple Watch support

I don’t have any specific requests for new features. I’d rather see Fizz focus on improving the existing product—especially by fixing the various issues on www.fizz.ca that have been mentioned repeatedly here on the forum.

We definitely need WiFi calling.

I switch over from another provider and I'm in another country for the first time since switching providers and I'm shocked that I can't make Wifi calls like I normally would. So absurd.

Seem to be the most requested feature, i’m lucky the signal is good even in basement otherwise it would be a requirement for me

Fortunately I have WiFi at home, Fizz signal is not good when I enter building I live

But Fizz does not support WiFi calling, how you do at home with a bad signal?
