Can't send data to anyone...

Any idea why I'm not able to send data? I have 20g left. But each time I try to send, it says "Sorry the connection cannot be completed"

    Hello Dona G.,
    I have verified your account and I noticed that you don't have data left in your monthly plan.
    Since you can only gift data from your plan, when you are trying to gift from your perks or upgrades you receive that message.
