I need the pass cide for my voice mail i have 20 mrssages i cant retrieve

    You can retrieve or reset your Fizz voicemail password by going to your account online under My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail

    It's in the advanced setting of your mobile plan:

    "My plans" -> "Manage my plan" -> "Advanced parameters" -> "PIN to access your voicemail"

    Hello @AlisonMcKnight ,

    To change the PIN of your voicemail please access your Fizz account, My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Settings > PIN to Access Your Voicemail.

    Once you access the voicemail, you can deactivate the PIN if you want.

    If you want to deactivate your PIN, and under PIN skip service please follow the steps:

    Access your voicemail from your mobile phone.

    Press 4 - Set up voicemail.

    Press 1 - Manage PIN authentification.

    Listen to the warning message.

    Press 1 - Activate/deactivate the PINskip option.
