Still no service after 24 hours

I activated online with eSim and a number Port. I have not received a service agreement and I cannot make calls. I see that my activation is still pending. Not sure how to proceed in this case?

    Hello Mlister,

    Thank you for letting us know about this.

    I verified your Fizz account and I can see that your phone number transfer didn't start yet. 

    If you installed the Fizz eSIM on your phone you will have to begin the transfer from your Fizz account under My plans > Install my eSIM > Start the transfer. After that, your current provider will send you a text message to approve it. Please reply with YES.
