VoLTE Calls on Fizz network do not work

I have a Samsung A12 which supports VoLTE as per the Samsung and Fizz listings.
Since Fizz changed the network I tried 2 SIM cards VoLTE enabled and I cannot place calls. Data and SMS works though.
If, I connect to Fizz Ext I can place calls but not on Fizz.
It looks to me that the Fizz network was not tested with all the devices and there might be tunning yo be made.
My phone has LTE/3G/2G enabled.
Please help as the Fizz support it keeps saying to reboot, Obiously did not resolved the problem...

I am sorry for your issue.
Verifying further, your mobile plan is active and functional and the Fizz SIM card is Volte.
You must use a Volte compatible phone with Fizz to and also activate Volte function on your phone activated in order to work.
Please dial #TEST (#8378) on your mobile phone from the locations where you usually make calls and listen to the voicemail.
If you hear confirmation that your call was made over the LTE network, you’re all set.
If you hear a different message or the call doesn’t go through, your call couldn’t use VoLTE.
