Stuck port

Hi,
Hopefully I can find some help here; I've tried finding answers and resolution through the chat, but it's been unsuccessful. I haven’t been able to receive phone calls since I got my number transferred to Fizz. Also, many people cant receive my texts messages, and I cant receive theirs. As I mentioned I contacted support via chat and numerous tickets were raised, but still no resolution. This has been over a month.

I have done some research online and found people who had the exact same problem as me. They can make phone calls but cant receive any and apparently its a stuck port. The port request expired before it could get transferred completely.

Can anyone help with this?
I am beyond desperate here….
