unable to reach an agent to order an eSIM

I've been waiting since noon (2OCT2025) to get an agent to verify my info in order to order an eSIM. The chat remains open and there's no way to close it and re-attempt the process.

    You will have to provide the email address and inform my colleagues you need a sim change and was asked to validate the identity and they will assist you.
