Proceed to payment page won't load

My plan is currently suspended and I need to make a payment. I continuously try to access the proceed to payment page, only to be met with a page that won't load. I've tried clearing my cookies/cache, private/incognito browsing, different search sites/browsers, and on my phone and computer. I need to pay my bill as I need to be available for my kids
