Transfer from physical SIM to ESIMWould be nice, also making esim avaible for current customers!
I imagine eSIM should be coming soon for existing customers
That's what I think too but they said it will be avaible in the very near future 5 months ago. Its kinda taking alot of time.
I see that the soon may be long!
Its more like sooooooon haha

Hi, long-standing Fizz customer of multiple services here. I’m flabbergasted that in 2025 you still don’t support smartwatches. If there’s ever a reason for me to switch carriers/providers, it’s that. You started to support eSIM for smartphones, but not smartwatches? How strange and disappointing!

5G and Wifi-calling can go hand in hand, both are important. Coming from Public Mobile, I didnt see much difference, but sometimes 5G can be a marketing gimmick, as its not the 'real 5G'
Wifi calling, on the other hand, can help you get covered in dead spots or spotty coverage area, its a lifesaver, in terms of getting you connected + call quality!0 -

can someone explain Wifi calling to me, please? I have no idea about it

can someone explain Wifi calling to me, please? I have no idea about it"Wi-Fi Calling is a service from your mobile carrier that allows you to make and receive phone calls and text messages over a Wi-Fi connection, rather than the cellular network. This feature is useful in areas with poor or no mobile coverage, allowing you to stay connected in places like basements, cabins, or buildings with weak signals. Enabling it usually involves going into your phone's settings (via the Phone or Settings app), finding the connection or calling settings, and turning on the "Wi-Fi Calling" option. "

Not me. I have friends who use it regularly during the summer at their cottage and it works very well without any additional cost.

911 location services. Recently I /we got a text from fizz telling us to give as much detail of your location during a 911 call.Talk about a life changing feature !
I didn’t realised we were missing 911 location service.
Other features I’m looking for (in preference order) are:
- WiFi calling
 - RCS for iPhone
 - Consolidated Fizz wallet (1 wallet for both of my mobile plans)
 - IPv6 (native)
 - Apple Watch support

iPhone RCS - considering if I can stay with Fizz or not due to this feature being missing0

I don’t have any specific requests for new features. I’d rather see Fizz focus on improving the existing product—especially by fixing the various issues on www.fizz.ca that have been mentioned repeatedly here on the forum.

            We definitely need WiFi calling.

I switch over from another provider and I'm in another country for the first time since switching providers and I'm shocked that I can't make Wifi calls like I normally would. So absurd.

That's a good one!I agree.
I hate when I get an error trying to gift data.0 -

I would like a choice of plan upgrades for each level.
The bonus data is useless to me so I would choose $1 off.
Another slot would be nice too. :-)0 -
