Make sure roaming is enabled and automatic so you can use fizz EXT networks where the usual one isn't as available.

I'm living in Montreal and I love Fizz, I am at level 4 now, and I can have 750MB of data every month for free ^^ now I am trying to get more active on Fizz forum to get to level 5 faster, where I can have 1GB per month for free. I know this is not really too much, but for my use, this amount is enough, for just 6$ per month. I don't need monthly data or monthly call,s or messages because I'm mostly using wifi. For the calls and messages, I add money to my Fizz wallet and pay each time I use. I find this very economical for me as a student.

I am with Fizz for almost 4 years now and didn't have any major issues with connectivity for both Internet and phone plans. For Internet plan there were just 2 or 3 maintenances in my area which lasted for several hours.

Im with Fizz for almost 4years, in Montreal it works better than most providers specially in the Metro, im very comfortable with them, try to contact the support so they can troubleshoot the issue.
