I can’t make calls and send text messages even if I purchase a travel add-on

I purchased a travel add-on (60 min calls and 200 texts) yesterday (25 sept) for my stay in United States and it is not working. When I try calling, the phone does not connect by it nonetheless consumes data. Text do not work either.
What should I do?

    Thank you for letting us know about this.

    I verified your account and I can see that part of the add-on for calls was already used, which means that some of the calls are connecting.

    As BradDoell mentioned, the most important thing to remember is that the Roaming option must be turned on for your phone. I recommend making sure that all iOS/Android updates are completed.

    Also, please check if the automatic network selection is turned on for your phone. You can follow these steps:
    Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Network Operators → Network Search → Automatic
    iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic

    Hi @Melpap72
    Do you have roaming turned on? Roaming must be turned on for the travel add-ons to work - but don't worry abut "roaming charges" with Fizz because there aren't any.
