Having trouble activating the physical SIM

    Hello steven_4fizz,

    Thank you for letting us know about this.

    I want to inform you that you can activate a SIM card directly under the Overview section by selecting the option to open a new plan.

    If you encounter issues with the process, I recommend trying again using an incognito/private browser window.
