Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your account and it looks like you had issues with the gifts that did not show up on our side as you did not receive the gift badge.
The issue has been resolved as you just received a reply from our colleagues a few moments ago.Regarding the tracking, it`s not possible to check the gifted data - but since you were careful , the issue was resolved and the badge has been awarded.
