How to earn the Expert Badge when I can't add funds to wallet?

How do I earn the Expert Badge when one of the criteria is to add funds to Wallet but then it tells me that the feature isn't available in my region?!

    Yeah, wallet is only available in Quebec and Ontario.

    @Whizz this is a bug, users from other provinces can't obtain this badge.

    Hello STOP24_code_XJCYH ,

    The wallet feature is not available in regions outside of Quebec so it`s not possible to earn the said badge ( since the feature is not working ).

    We don`t know specifically if the wallet feature will be added for other regions so I can only invite you to wait and check the website from time to time.

    It`s not really a bug - it`s just a feature that`s not available for certain region.
    While we could argue that - why not just remove the badge - as I said , there might be a time when the feature will be added.
