Problem with data gifting

For the past week or so I have been unable to gift data. Am I the only one ?
I always have the same message "There has been an error. Please try again later."

Thank you for letting us know about this.
I verified your account and I can see that you still have data from your monthly plan included, so you should be able to send gifts without issues.
I recommend logging into your Fizz account using an incognito/private browser window in order to try again.

Hi retry with private mode of browser. I don’t sure but possible don’t work if you have in freez period.
