Need Help with Refund for Unused International Add-On

Hi, I purchased an international calling add-on on August 31st but realized the next day it was for the wrong country. I haven’t used it at all. Can I get a refund?

Thank you for letting us know about this.
I want to inform you that the add-on was deactivated and the transaction refunded. You can see this in your Fizz account under My settings > Transaction history. You will receive the amount in your bank account in a few business days depending on your bank.
