Why I don't have option install Esim?

I believe, you get this menu option only for an esim activation with a new plan. If you don't have it, check for an esim QR code in your email or possibly in your notification area. This also includes a server and activation code for manual installation.
Unfortunately, we don't know your situation, whether you ordered an esim as a replacement on an existing plan or for a new plan, with or without number transfer.0 -

I have verified your account and I see that you can change your plan to an eSIM by going into My plans>Manage my plan>Change my sim.
After that you will have the option "Order and activate an eSIM".
To activate an eSIM, you’ll need Internet access, and an eligible phone.
Once your request is submitted, you’ll have 30 minutes to install your eSIM.
