    For call in other province, you have choice but if you change your plan for Canada you have illimited time. Quebec, Ontario and other.

    If occasionnaly, buy addon for other province.

    Are you trying to call outside of your service area? You might need to buy an add-on or use wallet for that

    My plan's coverage is BC, I am not making an international call, just trying to call a toronto number.

    Have-you canada plan or only BC plan ?

    Money on wallet or addon ?

    My coverage is BC. To my understanding, I can call and use data only in BC. How about making call to other province?

    Hello @gihk,

    Verifying your account, your mobile plan coverage is British Columbia, it means you are able to use your services only in British Columbia.
    If you want to call anywhere else in Canada, you will need an Add-On for international calls to Canada.
    It can be bought from My plans, Manage, Add-Ons, International calls.
    Also you can add money into your Wallet and pay per use.
