How do I get a refund and cancel my subscription? I paid for data and never got any. Ticket #360272 has been in effect for over 8 days. That is 8 days without data.

If your plan has not been active for more than 15 days and you haven't used more than half of your included data, you can just go
https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/plan
Manage my plan -> Unsubscribe.
Fizz should apply a refund automatically.

If you want to unsubscribe from your plan you need to go into your account under My plans>Manage my plan>Unsubscribe.

As for the refund you are no longer in the 15 day trail period , please contact us privately and we can discuss this directly.
