Mobile plan $ difference issue

Hello! I’ve ordered the SIM card in last week, may be the last day of promotions?? And just try activate the SIM card today but only seeing all original prices now. The agent told me to keep going & will see the promo $ at the end, but the answer is no! Only original $ at the end of payment page and I’ve to wait forever again in chat room ZzzzZzzzzz
Anyone know how’s the promotion work? I thought it’s locked when I paid the SIM & also input the referral code already!

The promo ended yesterday this is the reason why you see the normal price
You need to clarify with the support or a @Whizz can say something more1 -
I thought I can have the promo fee once ordered the SIM card …… agent said will help to apply discount later so I’m waiting0
