My Fizz account shows my e sim is activated but my phone shows SOS only signal. I reset the network setting, restarted my phone multiple times and tried plane mode as well. It's been almost 24 hours since my esim is activated but I still cant use it. My phone is iphone 11pro and I still have Telus sim card inserted and chose esim to transfer my number.

    When you see SOS means that you cannot access the network, is you iPhone for the Canadian market? Double check if your network operator is in automatic

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    What you can do is to reset your phone`s network settings :

    Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
    Tap on General.
    Scroll down and tap on Transfer or Reset iPhone.
    Tap on Reset.
    Tap on Reset Network Settings.
    Enter your iPhone's passcode when prompted.
    Tap on Reset Network Settings again to confirm.

    After that, connect to WiFI and restart your phone , then test the line to see if it`s working properly : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-test-my-fizz-line
