Apparently poor internet service is common in this forum

So I took the bait, and upgraded my internet despite poor and frankly unacceptable internet service. And still, instead of my internet dropping six or seven times a day, now it drops two or three times a day which frankly, is still unacceptable. I'm wondering what service improvements are in store for internet by this service provider? I hope there are concrete plans, otherwise I am forced to consider other options.

Fizz, do you have anything in the works to address this, or is this the standard service that we are to expect moving forward? Literally every question/complaint (or at least 90% of them) regarding internet is stating the same thing, that internet service is poor, and intermittent, and unpredictable. Why is thia? What's going on?

    This is a support forum therefore you will find users reporting problems
    Till now I don’t have any issue either my internet but I am using my own router
