My internet modem is not working

Hello, I have been with FIZZ since 2021, it has been working well since, but since yesterday, out of the blue, the modem stopped working. only power button is lit in green color, and the WPS button is lighting orange color, i tried deconnecting and reconnecting, not change. I need help

    Hi @Umwami
    double-check the coaxial cable.

    If the modem never turns on the other lights, try resetting it to factory settings.

    Using a small, sharp object, press and hold the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.
    CODA-4680 model: the reset button is located on the back of the Wi-Fi modem.
