double-check the coaxial cable.If the modem never turns on the other lights, try resetting it to factory settings.
Using a small, sharp object, press and hold the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.
CODA-4680 model: the reset button is located on the back of the Wi-Fi modem.If nothing helps, please contact support https://fizz.ca/en/support
