ethernet down after plan change, what to do ?

Hi,
I changed my plan from 100mbs to 400mbs and since the change, which is today, the fizz modem can't connect to the fizz servers. I checked the cables to see if everything was pluged properly, i resetted the modem to factory settings, my plan is fully active and fizz service are fully operationnal.

Done that, and i've been waiting for 20 mins since the virtual tech told me he'll get some.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues.Following my verification your modem is offline. Could you please make sure that the cables don’t show any sign of damage? Also, please restart your modem by unplugging its power cable, allow it 10 more seconds, then plug it back in a different electrical outlet if possible, not a bar or an extender. Make sure that the coaxial cable is tightly screwed in at both ends.
