i raised port in request

i raised port in request but received technical difficulties mail from fizz. My fizz sim is working with number i tried to port in with but online it’s showing pending. I tried to raise a request with your support and my ticket is 358991. I am trying to reach out to agent again but you chat is stuck at old conversation itself. Can you let me know is there any action from my side

You should be able to reach an agent by using the same chat window.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
The account from which you are writing the message is not validated, so I can`t confirm if there`s an issue with the transfer process or not.
Please reach our customer service again on chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support for further investigations on this matter, as usually you can`t transfer a number on an account that has not been validated yet ( this issue might be for another account to which we don`t know the details ).
