Just joined, cannot sent txt, or phone out.

Just switched to Fizz, with eSIM option. After set-up, tested and cannot send a txt message, altho can receive them. Cannot call out, altho can be called. Have spent hours with tech support, problem not solve. Ideas?

    I have verified the situation and I have noticed that our agents escalated you a ticket to our technical team for further investigation.
    You can verify the ticket progress by going into My settings>My tickets.
