Descrepency in Data left

In the first screenshot below from the My Plans page, it shows I have around 62GB of data left:

In the second screenshot below from the My Plans > Usage page, it shows I have 43GB of data left. Based on my calculations the first screenshot is correct; the My Plans > Usage page should show around 62GB like the first screenshot. It looks like the below screenshot does not add the data from upgrades, rollovers, and enabled perks while the first screenshot above does; instead it only shows base plan data minus data that has been gifted.

To verify this, I look at the Data Gifting page. It shows 43GB, which is my base plan data minus the data that has already been gifted. This is correct since can only gift data from base plan and not rollover/upgrade/perk data.
