Need help with port in request

@Wizz i raised port in request but received technical difficulties mail from fizz. My fizz sim is working with number i tried to port in with but online it’s showing pending. I tried to raise a request with your support and my ticket is 358990. I am trying to reach out to agent again but you chat is stuck at old conversation itself. Can you let me know is there any action from my side
