Thank you for letting us know about this.
I verified your account and I can see that it is still pending email confirmation. You will not be able to login until you confirm the email change that you requested.
Please check your email inbox for the correct email and access the confirmation link. Make sure to check all folders including the spam folder.

You may not yet have verified your new email address. Check for verification requests received from Fizz on your new email. Make sure to also check the spam folder.

Yes verification was confirmed and all, the previous email no longer has the service. Now the http: would go from https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/overview to https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/login.0
