my iphone 12 mini will not activate with the fizz esim, it says "Unable to Activate SIM". I checked settings->general->about->Carrier Lock, says "SIM Locked". I called current carrier (fido) and they swear up and down the phone is not locked. the phone has a fido sim card in it currently. the phone is fully paid off with fido, no contract in force. Is the fizz esim just not compatible with iphone 12 mini? (seems unlikely). I've already been charged for the fizz account and I am on my last day of billing for Fido and would like to move the account asap. how can I fix this?

    I am sorry for your issue.

    Verifying your account, your transfer is completed and the mobile plan is active. I can see you are using a physical SIM card.

    Please pull it out and reinsert it, restart your phone and reset the network settings.
