Is there a fix I can do on my own?

I can't access zone.fizz.ca after logging into my accoun, it's just a blank page. I switched emails and now this is happening.

    Thank you for letting us know about this.

    I verified your account and I can see that it is still pending email confirmation. You will not be able to login until you confirm the email change that you requested.

    Please check your email inbox for the correct email and access the confirmation link. Make sure to check all folders including the spam folder.
