When the 3G network will be withdrawn

Is there anyone who has already had their phone line cut by the removal of 3G? I have a One Plus N30 5G which did not have the Volte option. I had a system update that added it and everything worked, I did the test. A month later, new update and the volte disappeared and it no longer works. I sent a complaint to One Plus, still no response. Maybe the next update will restore the Volte but I need time without losing calls.

    Hi @Ben63
This is impossible to know, since the tower are shutoff progressively and it depends on your zone

@Ben63 See if you can revert back to the older firmware for your phone. There was a post earlier today where a user did that for a OnePlus 13 where he faced the same issue.

Maybe you can try calling with your phone and ask your friend/ family to call you back quite often to check you are receiving calls. And if you are not concerned about speeds put your network to 3G only for some days till you get an update from Oneplus.

    Hello @Ben63 ,

The only way to confirm if a phone bought elsewhere is VoLTE-compatible at Fizz is to do the #TEST (#8378).
Dial #TEST (#8378) on your mobile phone from the locations where you usually make calls and listen to the voicemail.
If you hear confirmation that your call was made over the LTE network, you’re all set.
If you hear a different message or the call doesn’t go through, your call couldn’t use VoLTE.
Please consult our FAQ for more details:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/why-volte-important
    Thank you for your cooperation.
    Have a great day!
