preowned Moto G received with no charger block (part 2)
My original post was closed before I had a chance to post the update:
The support agent at FIZZ confirmed that a charger block was suppose to be included, not just a cable. The initial resolution was for me to pack up the phone and return it and they would send out another one. After some back and forth they settled on refunding me a months service so I could order one on amazon. The block arrived today, the refund went through and I'm satisfied with the experience.

For several years now, chargers have not been included with cell phones.

Many companies do not give blocks anymore with the phones. They expect you have a block already. They will max give you a cable.

As other users already suggested, for some models the charger is not included however for the model you purchased, it should have been in the box in accordance with the online specifications.
