why can't i receive incoming calls from other carriers

my son and i both have different accounts with Fizz and neither of us have been able to receive incoming calls from other carriers since yesterday. We can receive calls from other Fizz phones. we can also receive texts from other carriers just not calls.
I am a senior who is waiting for important calls from doctors and this is extremely stressful.

    This is seeming to become a common issue. Contact Fizz support.
