I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience you're experiencing.
I suggest your trying to restart your phone and reset your network settings.
If that does not solve the issue, I recommend reaching us to our customer support for additional information with specific phone numbers you have tested since that cannot be shared here.

They will respond with instructions on how to reset settings etc and then just close this thread, I made two threads about not receiving calls and this is what happened both times, so I just messaged the person who replied and closed the threads. I know this doesn't help, I'm still trying to get help to and to find out if they are able to comp us because this isn't good for some people to not be able to recieve calls or know who is trying to contact them etc

Apparently a general issue with Fizz receiving calls from other carriers. It's not limited to an individual user. Seems to have started yesterday. You will have to wait for Fizz to fix it.

Hi have you Volte compatible phone ? Test whit #8378

If it were a problem with VoLTE, calls would not work at all. Many people reported independently though that incoming calls from Fizz numbers do work as do all outgoing calls.

For me, it works for all calls.

Receiving calls from other carriers works fine for me this morning, but I never tried in the last two days. So, I don't know if it was ever broken for me in the first place.

This is likely an issue with Fizz and Fizz will resolve this themselves.

They won't disconnect my chat because I wanted to speak to someone else because they insisted on the phone numbers from people I know tried to call me. Does that seem sketchy? I don't want to give out others phone number.
But now they won't disconnect my chat and aren't replying.0 -

I have a ticket open, and got two messages about " Action Required: Your current plan did not allow you to complete this call. Please buy an Add-On https://fizz.ca/s/15/en/187564587 ". Does "Fizz" want me to buy something else because the plan price is too low?0

I haven't been able to receive phone calls for almost 4 days straight... This is a serious... I think i will start looking into other cellphone carriers. Its ridiculous! I'm getting so annoyed.0
