Calls to me aren't going through?

Hi!

Beginning yesterday (Aug 14th) calls to me don't ring and are dropped. When other Fizz customers call me, the calls go through no problem. This is obviously really annoying because of work calls, where my colleagues are unable to leave me a message and I don't even see that they've tried to call. Additionally, my intercom is set up to my phone number so packages have been sent back because the call doesn't go through. I know it's impacted other Fizz customers across Canada, as I've chatted with friends who are also with Fizz and they all say the same thing. I can't find anything online about this and it's impossible to get through to customer support. I submitted a complaint but wanted to see if this is affecting anyone else. Please let me know!
