Can Send and Receive and Texts, but cannot Receive Calls. Please Help!

Hello Thanks for your consideration.

I'm waiting for information on where to go for a job tomorrow, but I can't receive calls. I can receive and sent texts, as well as call out, but I can't receive calls. My airplane mode is off, my DND is off, I've tried restarting my phone and that isn't working ether, my phone is a "OnePlus 12R" and has previously worked flawlessly on the Fizz Network. I'm using an ESIM so I can't just swap the card to an aux phone to see if the issue is on my phone. But its hard to understand why it would be my phone if I can Send voice and text, and Receive text.
