Can't Recieve Calls
I am no longer able to recieve calls from other land line or cellular numbers. I can make calls to those numbers with no problems. I can make and recieve calls from other Fizz numbers just fine. My phone in VoLTE compatbile and I have tried recieving calls using Wifi calling and 4G calling. I am using android but with an iPhone I still cannot recieve calls using Fizz. I have unlimited minutes on my plan

To help resolve the issue, kindly try the following steps:
Restart your phone.
Reset your network settings. You can find the instructions for this based on your phone model here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-receive-any-calls-on-my-phone
Test airplane mode by turning it on for about 30 seconds, then turning it off. Afterwards, ask a relative or friend to call you to check if you're able to receive calls.
If you have a physical SIM card, please remove it and test it in another compatible phone to see if the issue persists.
