We’ve worked hard from the get-go to be different, and once more have been rewarded for our efforts 💚 

Results from the Léger WOW Digital index are out, and Fizz ranked #1 in Canada for the sixth year in a row for the best online experience in the telecommunications industry and was recognized as having the best online loyalty experience in Canada across all business sectors. 

We are extremely proud and grateful to our teams and our collaborators for doing such an incredible job. A special thank you goes out to you as well, our members, without whom Fizz would not be what it is today. This award is as much yours as it is ours⚡

    The website won't let me pay for several days now and I've received zero support. I'm at risk of losing my phone number and potentially my job not to mention the problems of being with my young family without a working phone. Congrats Fizz!

    Now that the courts have ruled AGAINST ROGERS & BELL to be able to block usage of their internet & cable lines to smaller companies, when will you be expanding out west? (starting with MB, of course 😊)

    I'm in Alberta and have fizz, you should be able to get it in Manitoba?

    I'm not the least bit surprised. I've dealt with all the cell companies at some point or another since the 90s and fizz is honestly the first one that hasn't made me resent paying them.
    It'll be a year since I signed up in a couple of weeks and I can't imagine why one would give their money to anyone else with how good I feel fizz treats me. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. I constantly rave about them when cell service conversations come up. Oddly nobody seems to want to sign up under me, maybe I make it sound too good to be true? But since fizz isn't paying me why would I lie?
    Thanks for making cell service a breath of fresh air Fizz!
