Why can't I make phone calls or receive calls?

I have unlimited talk and text, my text messages I am receiving but calls I can't make or receive

The 3G network shutdown began on July 31st.
Since not all areas are affected at the same pace, the effects may vary depending on your location.
Depending on where you use your phone, you might already notice service losses or degradations.
Over the coming weeks, these interruptions will worsen until the network is completely shut down.
I see that you need to change your phone so you can continue using your service.
I advise you checking your perks in the Perks section on your account for some good deals on our phones.
