Does anyone know that Fizz has made changes to its points-earning policy?
I recently noticed that after my monthly payment cycle, my points didn’t increase. I contacted customer care, and they informed me that dollars spent on the monthly plan no longer contribute to earning points. Does anyone know any other changes?

It is an error and the support should be open a ticket in order to be solved.
otherwise, the rewards programs will not work anymore, how do you think it will be possible to make points? In the forum?0 -

Hi, @elena code xzi4t, you are right. However, I'm not sure whether it will be solved by a ticket, but it's now a reality. We can hardly earn points to complete a level by just commenting and gifting data.
If you look at @umtabasu 's image, it shows that some changes are there.

From the link/image (Forum actions that contribute to your My Rewards progression) therefore they talk only about the forum
Moreover, the best answer doesn't give points at the moment for an error too

The topic in this link addresses points on forum, not account reward points such as those OP mentioned.

To my knowledge points earned in Fizz account directly are by
- Dollar spent
- Data gifting
- Completing different milestone and earning badges
And forum related points are earned by
- Reply
- Answer in less than 5 minutes
- Daily leader
- Weekly leader
- Monthly bonus
- Monthly leader
- Earn “Accepted Solution” (best answer)

Hi everyone,
To clarify the issue - there are 2 topics that are different.
As @umtabasu stated in an earlier post forum points are related to forum rewards and account points are related to the Fizz account specifically.
If anyone has issues with points not being attributed to their Fizz account ( not forum account ) after you make certain payments , please reach our customer service so they can open a ticket.
There`s a small issue related to the forum points, they are not registering sometimes properly so please check if you received points for your activity on the forum also and reach us in private so we can escalate further.
